Normalerweise aber sollen nur die Daten aus der Karte übertragen werden, wenn es unlesbar ist, soll dies auch so vermekt werden, der Querverweis im Forum ist oft ein Hinweis oder Vermutung, dass es die Person sein könnte.

Do you have a specific example, a sample card you came across?
In the current workflow (forced laborers from Ukraine) we can make corrections, see here.
Normally, however, only the data from the card should be transferred.
If something is unreadable, this should be noted as such.
The cross-reference in the forum is often an indication or assumption that it might be the same person.
