in den letzten Wochen gab es immer wieder Hinweise von euch zu Unklarheiten bei der Eingabe von Geburtsorten und Haftarten. Hier haben wir zunächst gesagt, dass die Angaben getrennt mit Hilfe des + aufgenommen werden sollen, weil es in den Hilfetexten nicht immer eindeutig ersichtlich ist.
Nach Rücksprache mit dem Datenteam haben wir uns jedoch dazu entschlossen, alle Angaben in ein Feld aufzunehmen. Sind also bei dem Geburtsort zusätzliche Informationen, beispielsweise zum Kreis, angegeben, sollen diese in einem Feld zusammen mit der Ortsangabe aufgenommen werden.
Gleiches gilt für die Angaben zur Haftart. Häufig sind auf den Postkontrollkarten zwei oder drei Informationen zur Haftart zu finden. Bitte diese ebenfalls in ein gemeinsames Feld aufnehmen.
Wir passen die Hilfetexte und Beispiele entsprechend an.
Wichtig: Wenn ihr bisher die Informationen einzeln mit Hilfe des + aufgenommen habt, ist das kein Problem. Eure Angaben sind weder fehlerhaft noch verloren.

In the last few weeks, we have repeatedly received comments from you regarding uncertainties when entering places of birth and types of imprisonment. Initially, we said that the information should be entered separately with the help of the +, because it is not always clear in the help texts.
However, after consultation with the data team, we decided to include all information in one field. Thus, if additional information, for example on the district, is given for the place of birth, it should be included in one field together with the place information.
The same applies to the information on the type of detention. Often there are two or three pieces of information on the type of detention on the post control cards. Please include these in the same field.
We will adapt the help texts and examples accordingly.
Important: If you have previously entered the information separately using the +, this is not a problem. Your information is neither incorrect nor lost.
