I’m not sure if I get you right.
- If it’s impossible to post an initial comment along with a document, sometimes clearing your cache and restarting your computer helps. Or trying a different browser. I use Firefox and (almost) never have problems with it.
- If you want to start a new topic / a new conversation (posted in a specific category and without being attached to any document, like this one), you could have a look here.
