Hallo zusammen, ich habe heute einige Dokumente geteilt bzw teilen wollen (Personen die in Frankreich geboren wurden - wie die hier abgebildete Karte). Nur, im Forum kam keine einzige davon an (um die mit der Nutzerin /dem Nutzer velthove zu teilen.) Ich mach das nicht zum ersten mal - aber scheinbar funktioniert das gerade nicht. Habt ihr das gleiche Problem? Es waren jeweils Karten aus dem Buchenwald Workflow.

Hello everyone, today I shared or wanted to share some documents (people who were born in France—like the card shown here). However, none of them arrived in the forum (to share with the user velthove). This isn’t the first time I’ve done this, but it doesn’t seem to be working right now. Are you having the same problem? They were all cards from the Buchenwald workflow.

Ich habe das Teilen von Dokumenten vorhin getestet. Bei meinem ersten Versuch ist das Dokument auch nicht im Forum angezeigt worden, sämtliche Dokumente danach jedoch schon.
Leider weiß ich aktuell nicht womit das zusammenhängen könnte. Wenn das Problem aber weiterhin besteht, würde ich es an die IT weiterleiten.

I tested sharing documents earlier. On my first attempt, the document was not displayed in the forum either, but all subsequent documents were.
Unfortunately, I don’t know what could be causing this. However, if the problem persists, I would forward it to the IT.
@mareike.hennies Update vom 06.01. 12.11 Uhr: funktioniert wieder nicht. Heute morgen hatte es bei einem Dokument geklappt (allerdings war ich nicht in meinem Account eingeloggt. Seltsam). Jetzt klappt es erneut nicht (bin aber in Account eingeloggt). Wäre schön, wenn du das an die Personen vom IT-Team weitergeben könntest.

Update from January 6, 12:11 p.m.: It’s not working again. It worked this morning with one document (but I wasn’t logged into my account. Strange). Now it’s not working again (but I am logged into my account). It would be great if you could pass this on to the IT team.
@mareike.hennies sieht so aus, als hätte das auch damit zu tun ob ich ein Dokument teilen möchte solange ich das bearbeite oder ob ich das teile, nachdem ich es abgeschickt habe. Normalerweise funktioniert beides. Momentan ist das Zufall wenn teilen funktioniert während der Bearbeitung - manchmal geht das auch dann nicht. Ich arbeite nur an den Buchenwald Dokumenten, die anderen kann ich nicht lesen.

It seems that it also depends on whether I want to share a document while I am editing it or whether I share it after I have sent it. Normally, both work. At the moment, it is random whether sharing works during editing—sometimes it doesn’t work even then. I am only working on the Buchenwald documents; I cannot read the others.
ungefähr eine Minute bevor ich dieses Dokument teilen wollte habe ich erfolgreich ein Dokument hier hochgeladen. Dieses ging nicht zu teilen. Obwohl exakt die gleiche Prozedur wie direkt davor. Vielleicht hilft das ein bisschen für die IT.
Just a minute ago I could share a document. This one was not able to. Even when I did the same thing.
