What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I am new to this, so I am probably doing something wrong. I have filled in some documents but all the information does not show in the rewiew afterwards. Especially the adresses - town, street and housenumbers. What can be wrong? Also some of the cards have stamps at the bottom with important information - for instance when the person was sent away. But there are no place to write this information. Otherwise this is a very important and interesting mission!

We had some problems with the display of the review sentence, but now everything should be displayed correctly.
In order to keep this workflow from becoming too extensive and complex, we do not request all information from the cards.
