vielen Dank noch einmal für euren wertvollen Input zur Nutzung des Account-Bereichs. Wir haben heute die neue Account-Area mit verschiedenen neuen Funktionen released!
Ihr könnt nun eigene Gruppen erstellen und andere dazu einladen gemeinsam mit euch Dokumente zu erfassen – dazu müssen sie auch nicht unbedingt eingeloggt sein. Wenn ihr eingeloggt in der Gruppe teilnehmt, werden die Dokumente sowohl in eurem Gruppen- als auch in eurem Einzelaccount sichtbar sein. Wie gewohnt könnt ihr auch Favoriten markieren.
Im neuen Bereich findet ihr eine Übersicht der bearbeiteten Dokumente und ein Denkmal der zuletzt erfassten Namen, welches immer weiter wächst, sobald neue Dokumente bearbeitet werden. Auch die Filterfunktion der Dokumente hat sich geändert – ihr könnt sie nun nach dem Zeitraum oder den jeweiligen Arbeitspaketen filtern.
Die Alben-Funktion fällt damit weg. Leider konnten wir die bisher erstellen Alben, die nach anderen Themen benannt sind, nicht erhalten – wir bitten um euer Verständnis. Eure bearbeiteten Dokumente bleiben aber erhalten!
Weitere Funktionen wie z.B. das automatische Herunterladen eines Teilnahme-Zertifikats folgen zeitnah.

Dear community,
Thank you once again for your valuable input on the use of the account area. Today, we have released the new account area with various new features!
You can now create your own groups and invite others to join you in processing documents – they don’t even need to be logged in to do so. If you participate in the group while logged in, the documents will be visible in both your group and individual account. As usual, you can also mark favourites.
In the new area, you will find an overview of the processed documents and a digital memorial of the most recently added names, which continues to grow as new documents are processed. The document filter function has also changed – you can now filter them by time period or work package.
The album function has been removed. Unfortunately, we were unable to retain the albums created so far, which are named after other topics – we apologise for any inconvenience. However, your already processed documents will be retained!
Additional functions, such as the automatic download of a certificate of participation, will follow shortly.
