Passiert mir auch immer wieder, grad wenn ich länger nicht da war oder mich ausgeloggt hatte.
Normalerweise klappt das, wenn du dich vor Erfassen einloggst (auf Account tippst) dann siehst du deine Email. bei mir klappt das dann. Falls das Problem dann noch immer besteht: (@) elke.helmentag oder (@)mareike.hennies (oder @ arolsenarchives).

It’s great that you’re helping out at ENC! This happens to me all the time, especially when I haven’t been there for a while or have logged out.
Usually, it works if you log in before entering your details (tap on Account) and then you will see your email address. That works for me. If the problem persists, please contact (@) elke.helmentag or (@)mareike.hennies (or @ arolsenarchives).
