I can’t enter „unclear“ in the Index number field, no letters are accepted there, just digits.
Am I supposed to enter „unclear“ in the letter field then, although the letter is clear? (but the number isn’t.)

thank you for the note and also for your patience. We discussed and considered how it should be handled. After careful consideration, we have come to the conclusion that it should in fact be as you have mentioned. In such cases, “unclear” is entered in the letter field, even if it is clear. However, this is best for post-processing. The help text has already been adjusted accordingly.
