ihr habt jetzt lange auf die neue Startseite und die neuen Funktionen gewartet. Wir freuen uns, dass wir sie heute nun endlich online stellen können.
Neben einem großen Systemumzug auf unserer Seite, hat sich im Frontend einiges geändert: Die Auswahl der Dokumentensets auf der Startseite erfolgt nur noch über einen einzigen Zugang und ihr könnt die Sets nach Schwierigkeitsgrad auswählen.
Außerdem habt ihr die Möglichkeit euch direkt im Header in euren Account einzuloggen. Dort könnt ihr ebenfalls zu euren angelegten Gruppen gelangen oder den Account verwalten. Insgesamt sind Anmeldung und Navigation im Account übersichtlicher geworden.
Auch im Tool selbst gibt es einige Veränderungen: Wir haben die Toolbar angepasst und alle Buttons aus der Menüleiste dorthin verlegt. Der Zugang zum Forum und die Funktion „Dokument melden“ befinden sich nun in der Toolbar links neben dem Dokument. Dort findet ihr auch eine neue Funktion: Ihr könnt ein Dokument markieren, um es später in eurem Account-Bereich schneller wiederzufinden.
Was die Tage noch hinzukommen wird: Unter „Meine Zertifikate“ könnt ihr euch ein eigenes Zertifikat ausstellen und herunterladen – so oft ihr es braucht. Optional können ein individueller Zeitraum oder die geleisteten Arbeitsstunden zusätzlich zur Dokumentenanzahl generiert werden.
Es kann natürlich passieren, dass in der ersten Phase kleine technische Probleme auftreten. Wir versuchen alles direkt zu lösen, aber falls euch etwas Bestimmtes auffällt, sagt uns gerne Bescheid. Und wir sind natürlich gespannt auf euer Feedback.

You’ve been waiting a long time for the new homepage and the new features. We’re happy to finally be able to launch them today.
As well as a major system migration on our end, there have been some changes to the front end: you can now access the document sets on the homepage via a single entry point, and you can select sets by difficulty level. You also have the option to log in to your account directly from the header. There, you can also access the groups you have created or manage your account. Overall, the login process and navigation within the account have become clearer.
There have also been some changes to the tool itself: we have updated the toolbar and moved all the buttons from the menu bar to it. Access to the forum and the ‘Flag Document’ function are now located in the toolbar to the left of the document. You’ll also find a new feature there: you can mark a document to find it more quickly later in your account area.
Coming soon: Under ‘My Certificates’, you can create and download your own certificate – as often as you need. Optionally, a specific time period or the number of hours worked can be generated in addition to the number of documents.
Of course, minor technical issues may arise during the initial phase. We will try to resolve everything immediately, but if you notice anything in particular, please let us know. And we’re also keen to hear your feedback.
