Could it be Tschachwitz (Čachovice, Czechia)? mentioned here as a tiny place with a POW camp during WWII, today abandoned. (Did they have a post office there?)
Maybe a stamp with a „typo“, referring to „Zschachwitz“ (Dresden) ? (see here)

To me it seems rather unlikely they would use a postmark with a misspelled place name. The postal service was run by the government and everything was strictly regulated, including the postmarks. I can’t imagine they would allow a wrong one being used, even during the war.
I agree, it is very unlikely that there could be a typo in the postal stamp. Thank you!
