I didn’t find a prisoner named Strzelecki with Dachau number 13861.

I thinks it’s him:
Stanislaw STRZELECKI, born (in Lysaków?) on 24.04.1884
He died in Buchenwald on 17.10.1941

If so, there are doubts about these entries in the document:

missing date of birth:
24.04.1884

prisoner number:
most likely a typo and should read 19861 (not 13861)

I entered unclear in day of admittance. The digit resembles 27, but according to his documents he was admitted to Dachau on 17.09.1940
