date 06.04.1940 - places of birth and admittance

date in upper right corner (06.04.1940) seems to refer to his arrest in Praschnitz (see here)

doubts place of birth: I entered „Pszasnysz“, but most likely a typo and should read „Przasnysz“ (given as Praschnitz in the above document)*

unclear admitting office: looks like " Działdow".
Maybe for „Działdowo“? or a mishearing of " Ciechanów" (former Zichenau)? - see entry „Stapo Zichennau“ (= admitting office, probably with typo)* mentioned in the above document.
