DP3 cards Neustadt: How to deal with dates of arrival/departure/return?

I’m not really sure which dates I am supposed to enter where, in cases of returns and different departures.

Here is what I entered for the card above:
date of arrival:
„14.12.1946“
(+) field: „14.10.1947“
He returned from the Convalescent Home, so he arrived a second time.
Alternatively I could have entered it as note in the field of „destination“ (like in the card)

date of departure: „16.09.1947“

destination: „to Conval. H. Fissau“ (I ignored the dates in this line)

I also ignored 05.07.1948 (in remarks), but maybe it’s the date when he left for good (to Wentorf xx)
Should I have entered it in (+) „date of departure“ ?

Here is another card where I had to enter some „unclear“ dates.

Hi routebleue,

in this case I would have also entered 05.07.1948.
However, with the sometimes rather confusing entries on these cards, it’s not so easy to classify everything, not even for me.
It’s really great how you and the others are facing up to this and attaching so much importance to the correct recording of the fates - thank you!
