Could number 32 (red pencil, upper left corner) be the block number? (I left the field blank.)
And how come I can’t sometimes see the document where I added a question/comment. (Like this one)
Is it because I edited the question? Is it because I submitted the document after my question/answer/edit?

I think your reasoning is right. It also seems to me that it is a block number, but I would also have left the field blank out of uncertainty. Perhaps we can find more examples that will shed some light on the matter.
I’ve just looked in the backend and can’t see any reason why the images no longer appear in your comments. It did work originally. I’ll try something else and hope that we’ll find the source.

One idea: When you edit the text of your post, please do not delete the lines for the image. If you overwrite the entire text, you will delete the html lines for the image and it will no longer appear.
