Just an idea: What about „American Hungarian Federation (AHF)“ ?, a non-profit organization founded in 1906, supporting „[…] people of Hungarian descent on both sides of the Atlantic.“

@moewenzahn, the corresponding links in your post don’t lead to a specific Bremen card. So I don’t know if you found „ahf“ referring to a Hungarian emigrant too.
