There seem to be several Ukrainian places with this or a similar name (wikidata list), but I couldn’t find any on Crimea. Maybe Чаплинка / Çaplınka ? (about 30 km north of Crimea; Q2658192 / geonames - 710935)

Maybe Чаплинка / Çaplınka ? (about 30 km north of Crimea; Q2658192 / geonames - 710935)

would assume the same - maybe Crimea in a way, as Tschaplinka would be one of the main transit cities to Crimea.
