doubts place of birth:
most likely a typo and should read „Rycerzew“ - a village in Koło County, about 6 km south-east of his place of residence Klodawa (Tonningen), see map

admitting office
I entered " SS. Obóz karny", according to translator „SS. Straflager/penal camp“

unclear date of admittance to Dachau:
most likely it’s Feb. 9, 1944 (see here and on ushmm)

Jan NOWAKOWSKI
It seems he was also interned in Flossenbürg, from where he escaped on 31.08.1944 (document)
