Asked by @routebleue

Could this be part of a reply card / Antwortkarte? - (for example like this one?)

sender:
Ewfrosina GOIDA [?]
„Temna – Kr. Dschulinka – G. Winniza – Ukr.“
[ most likely Temna, Dschulynskyj rajon / Темна, Джулинський район, here]

Postmark: „Haissin [?] – Deutsche Dienstpost Ukraine“ –

If I get everything right, the card was mailed from Haissin to Dulag 230 on 19.08.1943, checked there on 06.09.1943 and sent back due to a „wrong field post number“.

recipient:
Michail SCHASCHUK
„Feldpostnummer 20054“

as for the rest I tried various things, but didn’t really get anywhere.
„Entheit Bachhau.. O.T. / Bachham… / Bachhain…“ - (I entered „unclear“)
(typo „Einheit“? – typo „Dachau“ ? – „O.T.“ = Organisation Todt?)

  • "Dulag 230 received field post number (Feldpostnummer) 20054 between February 15 and July 30, 1942. The number was struck on September 22, 1944. (ushmm, with further info)

  • Dulag Dachau-Rothschwaige - here - here

    ( but I didn’t find out a field post number…)

could not find him…
I searched through some transit cards. There is definitely Todt operating in Minsk (see the card of a POW below), so it could be a „work assignment“ from O.T.

I thought maybe it is: Bychau (Быхаў) a city in Belarus, here p. 148 listed as a camp with not much info

here is testimony about Dulag 230 (among others):

there is a mention that transports to Auschwitz and Lublin are confirmed (“these were certainly not the only destinations”), p. 12.

The testimony is somewhat confusing; it is not entirely clear to me whether he is speaking directly about the Dulag - about prisoners of war or about civilians.
The person asking the question is asking about “Leute“…
