Ignatz Ernst SALZER, born in Vienna (Austria) on 22.01.1896
He was interned in Dachau on 16.11.1938. „Released“ on 31.01.1939
According to these emigration applications the family had tried to „urgently“ emigrate to different countries (China, Palestine, overseas „anywhere“, Italy).
This note finally mentions one ticket to Milano (Italy)for Ernst Salzer.
He was interned in Ferramonti (Italy) and liberated.
His wife and son did not make it, they died in the Holocaust.
Could this be him? performing at a Ferramonti camp concert organized by Austrians (“Concerto degli austriaci”. 22.03.1944).

deported to Theresienstadt the same day as her son

She did not return.
