just to understand the problem: did you indexed the document the same time as velthove was commenting or do you mean the forum?
In the forum it is possible that more than one person is commenting on one document.
If its a technical issue we are happy to fix it.

I know that other volunteers can comment on the entries that have been submitted in the Forum. This is of course normal and can even be useful. But in this particular case a volunteer reacts while you are still working on a new document.
This is due to the fact that you can only make a longer comment on a subject if you start a discussion, post it in the Forum and then click on the reply button under the yellow „Discussion Question“ box to leave your comment.
In my humble opinion this is not only too elaborate and time consuming, but gives other volunteers the possibility to bypass your comment and enter theirs, although you are still busy typing your own comment.
I hope you can do something to avoid this.

This question is not the same issue but somewhat relates: Can you see other users' comments on documents?
Unfortunately it has never been answered, perhaps someone can say something about it?
I don’t know our technical backend well enough, but I just passed the question on to our technical team. If I get an answer, I’ll be happy to pass on the information.
