Thanks for your additional research, but I don’t think it is necessary to mention the Arolsen documents. This seems to me like bringing coal to Newcastle.
To me, it is our job to look for documents and sources that are not easily available and that add something new to the already accessible Arolsen documents.
Moreover, the Yad Vashem link contains a lot of errors. Mister Moses/Moser was not a Paraquayan citizen. He was most probably in the possession of a false passeport from Paraquay.

Max Moses was a naturalized Dutch citizen since 1934 as you can see in the first link of my comment above.
Max Moses was not born in Germany, but in France. In 1900, his YOB, Strasbourg, his POB, was in France. In the eyes of the German occupier he was born in the Deutches Reich, since France was occupied by the Germans in 1940, but I don’t think it is wise to take their point of view…
