This should be his father Isaac Moses: MtL - Mapping the Lives
This must be his mother Mathilde Moses, née Nußbaum: MtL - Mapping the Lives

„Isaac Moses emigrated in 1935 to Amsterdam, Mathilde Nussbaum Moses followed in 1936. It seems as if he and his wife could escape to Palestine. Isaac Moses was expatriated on 12 Dec. 1940. He died in Haifa on 11 Tewet 1942, three years after Mathilde Nussbaum Moses“ - https://jinh.lima-city.de/gene/forschung_greve/Descendants_of_EPHRAIM_MOSES_from_Frielendorf.pdf - p. 3f

This should be the applicant Albert Moses, a relative, who emigrated before the war, he was married to Siegfried’s sister Betty Moses, so he was his brother-in-law: „ALBERT MOSES was born on 15 Jul 1900 in Frielendorf as son of Süsmann Moses and Emma Gutkind. He was married to BETTY MOSES, born on 03 May 1905 in Frielendorf as daughter of Isaac Moses (no relative!) and Mathilde Nussbaum. The couple lived in Frielendorf, Steinweg 74. Already in early 1933 Albert Moses sold all his property in Frielendorf and tried to emigrate. On her application for a passport in July 1933 Betty Moses indicated that they want to move to Alsace (France). But it will last till 02 Oct 1936, before the couple moved to Frankfurt/Main. From there they could escape to the USA, where they lived in New York City, 56 Bennett Av. Albert Moses died on 24 Jan 1976 in New York City.“ - https://jinh.lima-city.de/gene/forschung_greve/Descendants_of_GERSON_MOSES_from_Frielendorf.pdf - p. 9
