This should be her: https://www.ushmm.org/online/hsv/person_view.php?PersonId=8254159 - according to this source her yob was 1909 and her pob was Vilkanskis which perhaps could be Vilkaviškis, a city in southwestern Lithuania.

Another source, another yob, but still the same person: „Rivka Altman nee Frankel was born in Vilkaviskis, Lithuania in 1903 to Simon and Roza nee Rozenberg. She was married to Eliahu. Prior to WWII she lived in Kaunas, Lithuania. During the war she was in Kaunas, Lithuania.
