There are doubts about his name, his prisoner (EM ?) number, place of imprisonment…
This Arolsen file contains two questionnaires with some unclear and partly differing entries. (I did not find his Buchenwald file…)

He says he was arrested in Kassel. Could he have escaped from Stalag IX A in Ziegenhain? [ca 50 km south of Kassel]

unclear place of detention :

Could these be typos of „Breitenau“ ? [ca 15 km south of Kassel, concentration camp and „Arbeitserziehungslager“, here and here ] - „Hoheneck“?

A Ukrainian with this name was registered in Rodenbach, Kreis Frankenberg ^[1] [ca 70 km south-west of Kassel] from 1942-1944, the same or a different person?

The listed address matches the address provided on his other questionnaire, but I have not found any further information.
He has been reported missing between 07.10.1941 - 05.11.1941
So probably POW.
