Gehört „Deutsch 5.4.51“ ins namenlose Feld, unter Abreise oder nirgends hin?

Maybe this note refers to the DP’s citizenship (written down on 05.04.1951)
I found it in this card as well. The DP’s father Jurgis Biramas was born in Lithuania. In 1950 IRO stated he was German, already naturalized in 1941. It seems he had not declared this in his application. (see here and here)

I entered the note in „unlabeled“, but maybe we should enter it in the (+) field of nationality?

[edit] It’s the same with Edward Rataj (this card). His mother was born in Poland, but already naturalized in Germany in 1942. (see here) and stamp in his CM form „not within the mandate of IRO, 6 Apr 1950“
