of course you are right about his Dachau file!
(Sorry, my mistake… - „my“ arolsen link above only shows his Buchenwald documents…)

The screenshot obviously shows a copy of the Dachau entry register page

P.S.
Two different pages from the entry register have obviously been copied side by side.
So the left part of the screenshot shows the data of different prisoners.
The left half of your red marking refers to Timofej KARAS, Dachau prisoner number 51494
