According to your link Ewhen Bartoshyk was 36 years old when he emigrated in 1949. He would therefore have been born in 1913 and not in 1925 as the person on the card.

The Ewhen Bartoshyk mentioned on your list does exist and was born on 01-08-1913, not in 1925, and therefore no error of the emigration office:
