Open date of Birth to 1951. Babies have been listed and unable to add their D.O.B.

In case you mean the International Refugee Organization card file, please follow this instruction:

If other documents appear in which a date of birth after 1923 is given, please „flag the document“ by clicking on „Document“ in the lower menu bar on the far left and then on „flag document“, as the documents should be restricted to birth years before 1924.
