Hi June! Thanks for the picture! Eugen Neter accompanied the Mannheim deportees voluntarily during the deportation of the Baden Jews to the Camp de Gurs on October 22, 1940 and provided them with medical assistance in the camp. He was quiet famous as you can see below from the various links I found:
