(…) Am 29. 7. 1938 überschritt Wiesinger bei Aachen die deutsch-belgische Grenze.
Wohnhaft in Brüssel (St. Josse ten Noode), 92, Rue des Plantes, später 160, Rue du Moulin. Am 10. 5. 1940 nach St. Cyprien in Südfrankreich deportiert.
Dort erkrankte er an Typhus und wurde in ein Krankenhaus nach Bordeaux
gebracht. Obwohl das Zimmer, in dem sich noch andere österreichische und deutsche Emigranten befanden, ständig von der französischen Polizei bewacht wurde, gelang es ihm zu flüchten, und Anfang Oktober 1940 kehrte er nach Brüssel zurück.(…)
