List of Jewish deportees from Norway during World War II - Wikipedia
Hille Becker and his wife Judith Zemechman Becker, had immigrated to Norway after World War I from the Soviet Union. They had three children: Ada, Joseph, and Herman. All but Joseph were deported (this is incorrect; Joseph was deported too: see link below carola.b) and killed in the concentration camps. Herman volunteered first to the 330 Squadron under Norwegian command, and then as a navigator on de Havilland Mosquito planes with the No. 464 Squadron RAAF. He was shot down and killed during an attack on Gestapo headquarters in Copenhagen on 21 March 1945. His body washed ashore on the island of Samsø and remained unidentified until 2000
