I could imagine this is her, although the yob doesn’t match, 10 years difference, 1879 instead of 1889, but day/month of birth are the same: MtL - Mapping the Lives - according to this source she was born in Seesen/Gandersheim on August 30th, 1879, and lived in Clausthal-Zellerfeld in 1939

At the same address lived in 1939 Gertrud Heilbrunn/Heilbronn, née Winter, born in Braunschweig in 1903: MtL - Mapping the Lives - compare to the applicant’s name on the CLI-card
this is about her as well, she managed to escape into the USA in 1941: Datei:Stolperstein in Salzhemmendorf für Gertrud Heilbronn.jpg – Wikipedia
She is mentioned here: Jüdische Gemeinde in Salzhemmendorf – Flecken Salzhemmendorf
and here: Hamelns Geschichte - abseits vom Rattenfänger - according to this source her husband Moritz Heilbronn died in a car accident in 1935 (perhaps suicide) and she carried on the textile business of her husband until the November pogrom in 1938, she then moved to Goslar and afterwards emigrated to England, from there obviously to the USA.
