I’m just curious. What is the meaning of a bullseye ?. A circle with a dot in the middle.
Auf manchen Postkontrollkarten finden sich rote Punkte mit einem Kreis darum. Galt ein Häftling als fluchtverdächtig, wurde dieser Punkt auf den Dokumenten und der Kleidung angebracht.

On some postal control cards there are red dots with a circle around them. If a prisoner was considered a suspected escapee, this dot was placed on the documents and clothing.
