In the meantime, I have classified many cards with the stamp „kosher“ in the „Medical Records“ field. Could it be that this indicates dietary preferences, i.e. kosher meals? If so, it would have to correlate with a Jewish religious affiliation, which is the case here.

I also think that the stamp refers to the Jewish diet and way of living.
The crossings took a while, and there were probably ships with kitchens that were set up to serve kosher food.
I have noticed the stamp on cards of Jewish emigrants a few times. If I ever come across a card with the stamp and a non-Jewish person, I will share this in the forum.
