The family name is „Groen“ - the given name „Adriaan“ (two times „a“).
The dob is unclear - the month is perhaps September or January.
The nationality is dutch (in french: hollandais).

you are absolutely right about his first name, thank you! (I have corrected my entries.)

Yes, there were scribes of different nationalities, filling in these DP cards.
So the entries in „Nationality“ appear in different languages too.
