It seems she has Lithuanian roots.
Her father Mordko Chaim SAKS (ZAK) was born in „Pandėlys[1], Novoaleksandrovsk, Kovno, Russian Empire“ (today Lithuania) on 24.01.1878. (according to the documents linked by @velthove1 above, also genealogieonline)
Here she is in felixarchief with her family.
