Albert Crémieux was a French doctor, professor of Neuropsychiatry at the Faculty of Medicine in Marseille, specialising in child psychiatry. He was a member of the Société médico-psychologique and of L’Évolution psychiatrique.

Albert Cremieux was born on 18/05/1895 in Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône, France). He is the son of Edouard Cremieux and Edith née Padova. He is the brother of Henri born in 1896 and Gustave born in 1903. He was a hospital intern in 1920 and became a doctor of medicine in 1922. He was professor of Neuropsychiatry at the Faculty of Medicine in Marseille, specialising in child psychiatry. He lives at 255 rue Paradis in Marseille. Albert Cremieux was arrested with his parents on 11/04/1944 in Marseille. They are interned on 16/04/1944 in the Drancy camp (Seine-Saint-Denis). They were deported by convoy 72, which left the Drancy camp on 29/04/1944 for the Auschwitz-Birkenau camp (Poland). Albert Cremieux was liberated on 11/04/1945 in Buchenwald camp (Germany) by the American army. He was repatriated on 06/05/1945 to Paris. His parents did not return from deportation. Albert Cremieux died on 24/08/1963 in Marseille.
