  • was sent to the children labour colony in Arkhangelsk (Russia)
  • served in Soviet-Finnish war 1939-1940
  • served in World War II
  • captured - POW
  • imprisoned in Buchenwald
  • repatriated to Arkhangelsk - (Konveyor - NKVD (labour camp - part of the GULAG system)[1]
  • went through Soviet filtration camp
  • to avoid arrest - moved to Morkinsky District
  • had a family
  • worked as a car mechanic
  • „loved life and believed that justice will prevail“
