# Missing data in workflow IPN-Dachau

Are we supposed to fill in notes like „Nr. brak“ or „mieijse niepodana“ in the corresponding fields – [see this example](https://talk.arolsen-archives.org/t/kartei-der-polnischen-haeftlinge-aus-dem-konzentrationslager-dachau-uebergeben-vom-instytut-pamieci-narodowej-134816018/13309) - (according to _Translator_ referring to the missing prisoner number and place of birth in this case), or do we simply leave these fields blank? (which I have done so far)
