I wanted to search for the Ukrainian prisoner and found this.  
At admission, he signs as _Gargarin_; upon deportation to the prison (Zuchthaus), he signs as _Spinner_.

Here is the note that the name and date of birth was changed from _Gargarin_ to _Spinner_.

Here are his documents from the prison (Zuchthaus). I cannot decipher everything, but he does not survive. He died on 09.03.1944

It is also interesting that there is a _Wasyl Gargarin_ in the archive with the same date of birth 02.08.1913 and place of birth Kyiv
