prisoner numbers (he was in Dachau twice) and places of internment:  
12.09.1944 admitted to Dachau (number 107778)  
24.09.1944 transferred to Natzweiler (number 29341)  
30.03.1945 back to Dachau (number 146959)  
06.05.1945 he died.

place of birth  
most likely a typo and should read „Pabierowice“, about 50 km south of Warsaw

doubts admitting office  
He obviously came from _Natzweiler_ on 30.03.1945

Stanislaw GALKA (b. 07.04.1913)  
He did not return.
