Teodor SIEMINSKI ?  
Tadeusz SIMINSKI ?  
Maybe a mishearing, a typo?  
Maybe the data of two different prisoners were mixed up?

Everything fits here (except his name):  
Thaddäus SIMINSKI, said to be born in Adelnau (today Odolanów) on 30.11.1919

The name fits here, everything else doesn’t…  
Teodor SIEMINSKI, said to be born in Bezet on 06.02.1906, interned in Flossenbürg, Sachsenhausen and Auschwitz.
