place of birth (missing entry)  
It is given as „Mikultschütz, Kreis Tarnowitz“ (Standesamt Klausberg/Oberschlesien) in [his death certificate.](https://collections-server.arolsen-archives.org/G/SIMS/01010602/0119/55956261/001.jpg)  
Today it’s Mikulczyce, a district of Zabrze. (geonames [3091816](https://www.geonames.org/3091816/mikulczyce.html))  
His place of residence is given as „Georgenberg“ (today [Miasteczko Śląskie](https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miasteczko_%C5%9Al%C4%85skie))

doubts admitting office:  
I entered „Sosn“ (maybe Sosnowiec? - about 34 km south east of his place of residence)
