I think these Arolsen files are all about him, with more or less varying dates and (misspelt?) places of birth and residence.

If so, Tadeusz (Thadeus) ROSTAFIN was born on September 12, 1922.

place of birth: Most of his documents read „Binczyce“ (Krakau)  
maybe Bieńczyce (today a district of Krakow)?

place of residence: most likely Piekoszów/Kielce (sometimes spelt differently and/or mentioned as his POB)

He got married to Anastasia DWERNICKA in 1946 ([marriage certificate](https://collections-server.arolsen-archives.org/G/wartime/02020202/0172/140927190/001.jpg))

They emigrated to the US, where he died on 19.04.1992
