doubts first name:  
I entered „Rafał“ (= Polish variant of Raphael). [His other documents](https://collections.arolsen-archives.org/de/search?s=10903%201899) read „Stefan“ and he also signs as such. ([exception this one](https://collections-server.arolsen-archives.org/H/Ous_partitions/29/@Maint/ac/et/wb/001.jpg) = „Ignaz“)

unclear admitting office  
looks like Poznańsk-x (from Poznán/Posen?)
