I entered all visible data from the card and the attached note

Ferdynand WYSOCKI (\*30.06.1930)  
He was sent to Mauthausen on his 14th birthday…

Ferdynand WYSOCKI was in subcamp Quarz from 15.07.1944.  
No record beyond this point  
I checked the list of deceased inmates for Mauthausen, Gusen and Quarz and [did not find his name](https://collections.arolsen-archives.org/en/document/1298742) in it (here the relevant page of the alphabetical list, compiled post-war):
