> Wolf Stolarski est né le 23/06/1908 à Grodek (Pologne). Il arrive en France dans les années 1920 et y exerce la profession de maroquinier. Il épouse Rachel Milner et ils ont deux enfants, Maurice, né en 1930 et Georges, né en 1934. Ils vivent au 263 de la rue Daumesnil dans le 12ème arrondissement de Paris. Il est arrêté par la police française le 14/05/1941 lors de la rafle dite du « billet vert » et interné au camp de Pithiviers. Wolf Stolarski est déporté par le convoi 6 parti de Pithiviers le 17/07/1942 à destination d’Auschwitz. Son matricule au camp d’Auschwitz est le 49086. Il est affecté au travail à la mine de charbon de Jawischowitz. Il y reste jusqu’à l’évacuation du camp, en janvier 1945. Il est alors conduit, lors des « marches de la mort » vers les camps de Buchenwald et Flossenbourg. Il yest libéré par l’armée américaine le 23/04/1945 et rapatrié en France. Il retrouve sa famille qui s’est cachée à Paris jusqu’en juillet 1942, puis après la rafle du « vel’ d’Hiv’ », en Haute-Vienne. Une fille Claudine, nait en 1947.
