I think this is him. Data and names are somewhat confusing, but most likely it’s the same person (but no guarantee…)
Gyözö ECKER, born 01 October 1932 in Budapest (according to this yadvashem document filled in by his father)
His parents: Sandor ECKER and Ilona WEIZENFELD
After the war the boy spent some time in Gmain and Leipheim (Bavaria) – see address in CLI card (here, here and here)
Here it says he went to France on 03.08.1948
Arolsen has him with different first names (e.g. Jichak, Icchak, Jicchok, Gyozo…)
and different dates of birth (01 October 1932 - 7 October 1932 - 02 October 1932 - …)
