unclear

Family is likely „Reimann“, sex female, but „Helmuth“ is a male name, and „Crosh“ isn´t a prename, so it´s unclear to me what is MN and what prename. Could not find anyone with any combination of these names, neither „Cyrena Reimann“ … I quit …

last known address in Japan:
Manpei/Mampei Hotel in Karuizawa/Japan (with typo in the card): [quote] „Evacuation district for citizens of neutral and Axis nations (Swiss, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.). After German surrender, over 200 German families and other citizens of former Axis nations were living here.“ (source)
Mikaza Hotel (most likely typo in card) was only about 3 km away (map)

Antonin Raymond/Reimann (1888 - 1976), an American architect with POB Kladno (Czechia) lived in Karuizawa for a while. He was half Jewish and lost several relatives in the holocaust. But I found no relationship of any kind with the persons mentioned in the CLI card.
This is him on wikipedia -
in an article about his life and work -

Just an idea: The applicant seems to be noted down with her husband’s name (Mrs. Joseph Hugh), so maybe the woman searched for is also noted down with her husband’s name? Could Reimann be her maiden name then? Several google hits for the name combination Helmut Krosch - family name versions like Grosch, Grosz are also found…
I tried some ways, but alas…
Given the possible name variations and the lack of information, this looks unsolvable indeed.
However, that doesn’t necessarily mean that there was no „happy ending“ (= reunion), does it…
