Unfortunately you started working with us at a time when this particular workflow (i.e.Tracing) is ending, which means most of the work for this workflow is already done and only a lot of empty or „difficult“ cards are left.
But all the same: it is not normal to get only empty cards

The empty cards should be reported:
Just leave all the fields blank:
Maybe you should try another workflow (you can choose between 2 x Buchenwald, 1 x Dachau)
